Hi Gurus, my parents are 1st and 2nd owners, flat already fully paid by them. After being fully paid, my name was added 5years ago as the 3rd owner. As I would like to purchase my 1st HDB,
1) what's the procedure in removing my name as 3rd owner?
2) what are the fees involved?
3) can I apply for subsidies for my first flat?

Hi there,

You need to define clearly if 3rd owner means did you contributed CPF to pay for the property or you are purely the occupier.

Run a trip to HDB and all your questions will be answered by the HDB officer on duty.

Bring along your Singpass password and all your doubts will be cleared once and for all!!

Afternoon,

Was your current unit purchased directly from HDB? Was it paid by using HDB loan? Since your name have being added as owner for the current unit, we would need to write into HDB and work the case out.
