Hi Gurus, My divorce will be made final in less than 3 weeks time . However , my first husband had retained the matrimonial EC under his name . I have not been made a owner and i had not contributed any part of my CPF to that housing . I am now moving into second phase of life with my new spouse. Will i be able to successfully apply for HLE , in view that i did not have a share in the first house.? Does it meant that once i receive my final judgment, i will have no qualms getting a resale with my current spouse ?
