Hi Gurus
My dad purchased one private property about 2 years plus ago. I heard every 2 years to have a refinancing or repricing to save money, The issue here is my dad is working in china . Is there any mortgage adviser can help me on that for the procedure.

Good morning Zheng Ren,

It will depends whether how long is the lock in period for your dad's current mortgage. If he needs any assistance, he can contact 1) Glenn Chia 9879 3245  (DBS) or 2) Michelle Lim 9184 8055  (UOB).
