Hi Mdm,

Firstly, to be eligible for a resale HDB flat, both you and your husband must be SPR for at least 3 years.

You budget for a flat will be dependent on a few factors (not exclusive):
- your eligible loan amount (derived from your age, income, liabilities etc)
- existing Cash on hand

Do take note that SPR/SPR family will be liable for a 5% ABSD on your first flat purchase. This is on top of the standard BSD that applies for every purchase.
