The entire HDB buy and sell process will generally take approximately 3-4 months.

The cash proceeds or the monies after all the deductions will be given to you in a cheque form during HDB 2nd appointment (or we call it Completion) in HDB's office.

In HDB transactions you will have 2 appointments, the 1st and the 2nd. After the 1st appointment it'll be 8 weeks later prior to the 2nd appointment takes place.
