Hi gurus,
May i know during the handover of unit for resale HDB flats, what should we look out for? This is especially important as seller had asked for 3 mths rent free extension. Are these examples of things we should look out for -spalling concrete, condition of windows and grilles....?
Do all these matter since we would be renovating the unit, such as changing all windows.
Also, even if we see defects now, would we be able to do anything , given that the sale of unit is completed?
