Hi Guru's

Just wanna check have any guru's meet any client with default a/c in CBS report?

I am selling my flat and wish to buy another flat. but hubby and I got default acc record in CBS report. Its not cleared yet. we intent to sell and clear the debt. amt is not big less den 20k.

but we are worried that our housing loan will not be approved or approved with very low amt.

have any guru's have client with this kind of status still able to get housing loan from bank?

Hi Loan Headache,

I would suggest that you get a In Principle Approval from the bank. They are just a phone call away and you can solve your problem.

Morning,

I had handled a few such deals lately. Having a bad Credit Record doesn't mean that the bank would not lend you money. But having recent frequent records of non payment of late payment will give you such unwanted results.
Hence it all boils down to your payment pattern. Getting a banker to assess you, prior jumping into it will the whole buying and selling process, will also give you a better and clearer picture.
