Hi Gurus,

Just sold my 4 rm flat with a COV of
$20K. The option fee and the Option exercise fee already signed. Agent have applied for HDB's first appt, date not given. My question is when will I be able to get my COV? After 8 weeks from date of HDB's first appt or earlier? Please advise. Thanks
