hi guru's.. just drop by to ask.. my hubby and i are both 1st timer applicants who intend to bought a SOBF.. our hle were given 434k.. if lets say e flat we purchased is about 390k.. roughly, how much do we end up the instalment on monthly basis ?

Morning Shilah,

Your installment amount would vary depending on your loan amount. You may have alot of CPF which will be used for the initial payment hence getting lower loan. Your age will also decide what is your period of loan. However, this two particular data are not present in your enquires thus I'm unable to advise accordingly.
