Is it possible to rent out a HDB flat that was bought in the open market, without taking any grant nor loan and paid fully in cash even if i had not stayed there for 3yrs.
What is the indication price that I can rent the property out at assuming that it is fully furnished and nicely renovated. Area is in Kim Keat Ave, Flat type is 3I.
