Hi Gurus,
I'm staying in a 5rm HDB near Jurong Point and intending to sell my place (eligible from Jul 10 onwards). Would like to purchase a private property, at least a 2 bed rm unit in south west area (e.g. west coast, clementi etc.) for around 700K (+-). Hope to get one which is not too old and reasonably renovated.
Is it realistic? Assuming 700k, how much would i need to fork out in advance if i take on a 80% loan? And what's the recommended process? Should i try to sell my existing place first or should i also start looking for the new one now i.e. both concurrently?
