Otherwise it is pretty straightforward in terms of timeline that you will receive up to $5000 from the buyer upon them exercising the Option To Purchase, with remaining cash proceeds being presented to you in cheque on the day of legal completion, which is usually about 10 weeks onwards from the day of exercising Option To Purchase.
