Hi gurus,
I'm married with a child. My wife and myself are 1st timers. We are looking for a BTO nearby our parents place. Total gross income is around $5k. Total CPF is around 40k. How much grant will we be able to get? If we are unable to get the BTO, what about resale, how much grant can we get?

there will be 2 grant for the family neucleus. Additional Housing and Family Grant.
Additional Housing those earning below $5,000 and for Family grant stay near parents and buyers are all singaporean it will be $40,000. You may go to www.hdb.gov.sg to get more details. thanks... Danny 82018787  Read More
