Hi Gurus, Im intending to buy a newly launch condo. I have a ques with regards to the govt new ruling of seller stamp fee. My question: Is the duration of stamp fee take effect upon signing the otp or top?

Afternoon,

If you are buying a new launch project, the timeline starts from the moment the S&P have being inked, by both parties.
