Are you buying under single scheme or public scheme? Are you eligible for HDB loan? How much cash do you have at hand? What sizing are you looking at? If you are buying under single scheme, you will have grant of $15k. Under public scheme, you are eligible for $40k grant. Do note that the above grant is only applicable if you are SC and earning less than $10k per month.
