Hi Gurus, I'm from Taiwan and working in China for years.I and my family just got the approval letter of SPR, and planning to relocate to Singapore in June.Is it possible for me to finance a HDB flat? what are the requirements? thank you.

Afternoon,

As you are working in China, the few concerns are as per follow:

Does your current company provide legitimate payslips?
Will you be stationed in China permanently?
Do you have any other private properties at hand?
Are you purchasing the unit with your spouse or parents?
