Hi Gurus, I'm a SPR planning to get my first property in Spore. Assuming my CPF is sufficient for the 15% and both the BSD +ABSD. Is there any way to pay the BSD +ABSD from CPF instead of initial cash outlay before CPF reimbursement ?

Afternoon, For purchase of property, you can utilize CPF OA for standard stamp duty and legal fee. Some legal firm might request you to pay the stamp duty by cash first and have it reimbursed later. But you will have to pay the ABSD via cash. FYI Mike Lim 96929209 m52i@yahoo.com ERA Read More
