Hi Gurus, I'm a single mum (43) of a boy age 12 this year. I'm looking for a 3-rm resale flat at west area. Gross monthly salary of S$1300 and my CPF is S$155k. My HLE is 82k. Seems like the resale flats prices are increasing. I'm currently staying with my brother with 3 grown-up kids (girls age 16 & 17,boy 19), plus his pa-in-law in a 4-rm flat. Do I have the chance to purchase a resale flat with prices that comply to my affordability as mentioned above? Would appreciate your positive adivse, please. Thank you.
