Hi Gurus, I'm a Singaporean, just got married and yet to own any property in Singapore.
My wife is a foreigner and she has an oversea property back in her country under her name.
Therefore may I know since my wife has an oversea property, are we still able to purchase a New or Resale HDB flat / EC in Singapore even after she got her PR ?
