Hi Gurus, im a Singapore Citizen whos been living overseas ( In Australia ) for about 10 years. I moved here just after NS. Im looking to move back to Singapore and am keen to buy a Condo. I need advice on how i go about financing this purchase. Can anyone help?

Morning Mr. Australia,

You are back into Singapore for National service hence you are below the age of 21? In order to be a property owner, you need to be of legal age, possess good credit record and income status. As you are still SC, you are eligible to purchase any type of private property, if all requirements are met.
