Hi Gurus, if I were to do only rentals do I still affect by the governments new rule? Am I consider as an agent? Thanks.

Hi kh, i am not sure if you are under any company or not. However, after 22nd Oct, any practicing agent must be under an agency, and must have passed either the CES or CEA exam before you can continue with your practice.
If not, you must then pass your CEA exam before you can be in practice again. Read More
