Hi
If you name your child as a co-buyer, it will affect his future grant as he wil be considered a second timer. I would suggest you named him only as occupier instead. Do contact me at 93375051  for a free and non obligatory discussions in regards to properties.

Hi Mdm,

To qualify for a 3-Gen flat, you will need to form 2 valid family nucleus. Your 21-year-old child cannot form a valid family nucleus on his/her own. But you could explore to form a family nucleus with your mother to purchase a 3-Gen flat.

I am experienced and well-versed in both private and HDB resale transactions. I will be able to assist you in your housing plans.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
