hi gurus, iam a divorcee and reaching 55 this MAY. i have transfered my shared flat to my exwife and my cpf of 160K will only come back to my OA in MAY. I am seriously looking for a resale 3 room. Estimated cpf i will have 180K.Can any gurus help me out pls to get a below valuation 3 room or at valuation price with no cash. My last flat was my 2nd hdb concession loan. Honestly i am cash poor earning 1550 a month as a courier driver. Iam running out of time and appreciate if any gurus is kind to help me out. TQ

Afternoon,

There are many challenges for you at this moment. Given your age, we need to know how much CPF OA funding can be used for housing as you step into retirement age. How much loan is eligible to you? Be it HDB or bank loan, it's likely that you need to be equipped with cash for the transaction. Lastly, is to get a suitable pricing unit for you.
