Good morning seller,

I am afraid to inform you that you are not eligible to sell your HDB within MOP.

Have you gotten your final judgement (court order)? If yes, you can apply to your HDB branch office for a waiver to sell HDB within MOP. It will be based on a case by case basis but the chances will be better.

Commencement of marketing depends on how fast will you collect your final judgement. We can start marketing it when you receive interim judgement.

Hi,

If its within MOP period, you can't sell the hdb as yet. May I know have you gotten the final judgement (court order)? Once you have that, you can use it to appeal with the hdb branch side and apply for sale within MOP period. Approval is on case by case basis, but chances will be better if you have the final judgement.
