SRX portal does carry disclaimers indicating that all projected figures are for reference only. Based on past transaction pricing, condition of the unit, sizing and facing, I would believe that your servicing agent would be able to advice you accordingly.
However, do note that you might have certain restriction in the sales of the unit in the future.
