Hi Gurus, I was retrenched this year and currently not working. Can I buy HDB new or resale flat? I am able to pay fully for a new HDB 2rooms flat. I may need to take loan for a resales flat. Which is better choice? How much CPF grants can I get?

buy a direct flat will be better so that you will not feel the pressure.

direct flat is already heavily subsided by the Government.
