Hi Gurus,
I was reading the proposed amendment to en-bloc sales of FH properties with interest.
1) Is this limited to Districts 9,10,11 properties only?
2) Is there a cut-off time as to which properties are affected? Eg. Are Willyn Ville, Tulip Garden, Spanish Village, Sommerville, Gallop Gables in the Holland area and Normanton Park near Science Park and Laguna Park, Mandarin Gardens in the East and Horizon Towers(after the fiasco) affected?
3) How do the rules affect en-bloc sales of 99-yr properties and FH cluster and town housing?
