Hi,
I assume your last flat is a BTO or a resale flat with a grant.
1) If buy BTO, under your situation, still will categorize as 1st timer queue.
2) Buying BTO or resale flat with the grant is subject to resale levy.
3) The resale levy amount is 50% (if under joint tenancy in last own unit) of the normal amount.
If it was held under Tenancy-In-Common then it will depend on the amount of share hold. The resale levy will be charged accordingly.
4) If buy resale without the grant, then you will be excused from the resale levy.
5) Do note that the resale levy has to be paid using cash only.
