Hi Gurus, i want to know if couple PRs can buy resale flat under any scheme? (not getting married in short time)

Afternoon Ann,

PRs are only eligible to purhcase HDB unit under Public Scheme. If you are not getting married soon, then you would not qualify.

Hi Ann,

What Mike replys is true. 2 PRs can only buy HDB if they are getting married. However, you can consider condo, which does not have restriction and may not require more cash than HDB! Please contact if you like more discussions.
