1) Your submission is on 30 Nov, what about the other party? Have they submitted their resale application within 7 days from your submission?
2) If they did not submit within 7 days, the resale application will deem as incomplete.
3) If both of you have submitted on time, then the HDB suppose to respond within 14 working days to advise you on document endorsement and complete date.
4) You should write in with the detail of your OTP number and resale application reference number for them to act on it.
