With an exercised Option To Purchase in your hands for the sale of your unit, you may opt to secure a bridging loan for your purchase should you be short on cash for the upfront payment for your purchase. Of course, you will need to pay a premium for this bridging loan. Do explore further with a banker on this aspect if it is applicable to you.
