Afternoon Adrain,

If you sell your current unit at $500k, you will need to return $400k CPF plus interest back into your CPF account. Hence your cash return will be lesser tah $100k.

Hi, it depends on your selling price. You have to redeem the balance mortgage and refund CPF monies used + accrued interest into your CPF account. Thereafter, the balance (if any) will be able to be encashed (assuming no other subsequent HDB transactions).

Let me know if you have any other questions.
