Hi gurus, I have a 4 room HDB Flat bought in year 2002. Outstanding loan amount 130k. It have to give bank 3 months notice before fully settlement loan. Within this period, am I eligible to buy a new private condo with 80% loan? Minds intend move to private condo and HDB will be renting out. My budget 850k with 3 bedrooms. How much fees should I pay the following stamping fee, lawyer fees and property tax and others fees?
