Hi Gurus,

I am targeting to own a private condo in the future.

Need advise on which is a better use of CPF monies and also which yields a higher return in terms of investment..

1) Getting a HDB first and upgrade to condo after the MOP while renting/selling the hdb?

2) Getting an EC first then upgrade to condo after the MOP while renting/selling the EC..
