Hi Gurus
i am getting divorce and i got a few questions,please help..
1)this house i am staying is 4rm at sengkang is just 3yrs old,bought from hdb,can i sell it before 5yrs?
2)this is my second house as last time i bought resale flat wit my dad,if i were to buy another flat,will i get another hdb loan coz i cant afford bank loan
3)if i buy another 4rm resale flat,will there be any levy?thanks..
