Hi gurus,

I am currently the sole owner of the flat which i had bought from my parents.

I am planning to apply for BTO, but I am still within MOP.

Can i therefore transfer the house ownership to my siblings (who have no record of buying properties), and then apply for BTO?

If that is possible, will the MOP period be reset?
