hi Gurus, I am a singapore PR, I have a HDB. But I plan to move to Johor Bahru due to my new born baby (so my parents can take care of her) but I am still working in Singapore. My family will be in Johor so i will go back to Johor almost everyday, only occassionally will stay in the HDB if i am working too late. In this case, am i eligible to rent out my HDB room?

Afternoon Mr. Tan,

All HDB owners are eligible to rent out the rooms even if they have not fulfilled their MOP.
