Hi Chris,

1. Is it the rite time to buy hdb in yishun estate or wait for after election?

There is no right time to buy a property, no reason to wait for election.

2. How much money needed to buy a hdb house having valuation 300k plus 30k cov. i mean how much i shud pay during first time signing the deal to the owner, then 1st 2nd and 3rd appointment time with hdb?

Usually for signing OTP with owner, the maximum is $5k according to HDB rule. Since you are taking bank loan, you need not pay anything during 1st appt, however, during completion, you need to pay the COV, 5% to 20% downpayment (depend on amt of CPF available), and agent fees.

3. when i shud pay the agent commission, registration fee etc. when and how much?

You can pay during 1st appt or completion for agent fees. Others charges include $80 admin fee and $180 for valuation report, these to be paid during submission.

4. Also, a person having 50k per annum salary range is eligible for personal loan?

You can deinitely take bank loan, the maximum loan you can get is 80% according to MAS rule.
