Hi Gurus,
i am a buyer and aware of new rules. Is it the right time to buy hdb unit? or shall i wait for next year after chinese new yr? the reason why i asked is after the new rules introduced, COV has cme down more than 50%. so eventually in some areas ZERO cov also possible very soon. In that case, HDB valuation also start falling, right? Once HDB valuation of the block starts falling back, the respective bank will ask the owner to top-up which is really a head-ache for me. it happened in the PAST. so pls advise...
