Hi,

1) Yes, provided your parents are not owning any private residential property.
2) If your parents owned an HDB flat, their flat will have to be sold within 6 months upon the key collection of the purchase.
3) If your parents owned private residential property, they have to observe a 15-month wait-out period if they are 54 and younger before eligible to buy with you.
4) If your parents owned private residential property, and they are 55 years and older. You can buy a 4-rm resale flat with them and not any bigger flat types.
