Hi Gurus,

I am 38 yrs old and my wife is 34 yrs old.but she is house wife. What is the max tenure bank will approve loan for hdb? Is it based on youngest applicant age? Or age based on earners? Pls advise.

Hi Jaya, your wife has no-income hence it is a non-impact on your loan. You are the sole income source, the loan will be based on your ability to service the loan, not based on your wife's age.

As in all my clients, I always advise financial prudence in making a property purchase.
