Hi Gurus, I a malaysian SPR holder. I have own property( house) in Malaysia , can I still buy hdb unit? I heard from my friends saids that because of new rules released,I cannot own a property in Malaysia if I want to buy the hdb unit in Singapore. Is it truth?

With the new rules, you are to sell off your overseas properties within 6mths upon purchase of a HDB.
