Hi Gurus, Have some questions here.
I'm yet to fulfill my 5-year MOP for my HDB apartment, which will be due somewhere around early 2017.
I've read that a written appeal to HDB is deemed necessary if I plan to sell the apartment before MOP. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
The likelihood of selling the apartment is due to the fact that my 2 young children are taken care of my mother in law, who stays quite a distance from my place. So I figure selling my apartment, and finding another closer to hers would be cut down on travelling time, sending & fetching them daily.
What are the chances of such appeal (based on my situation) be accepted by HDB?
May I know the procedures of selling & buying another HDB apartment? (If the appeal is accepted)
