Hi Gurus, have a question regarding paying for a resale HDB unit.

In a scenario where i want to pay for the HDB resale in full, using funds from CPF OA and cash. If i only want to use a small part of my OA CPF (e.g. 50k out of 100k) only, and doing the rest in cash, what are the procedures? Thanks.

Afternoon Mr. Tan,

If you are looking at paying your purchase of HDB resale unit using cash and CPF, I would believe that your agent will be able to assist you accordingly.
