Hi Gurus, Got a question. 1. If the brother got a HDB but passed away, can the HDB be transferred to his sister if the sister owns a condo? 2. Does the sister need to sell the condo away? 3. If need to do up a will, approach the HDB or lawyer?

Evening, If your brother have a HDB and is married, his wife and child will be first in line to inherit the HDB unit. However, if he's single, his parents will be the next in-line, unless he have prepared a WILL which need to be prepared by lawyer. In the case that you have inherited the HDB from your brother, you will need to decide on keeping either unit and selling the other away. DO feel free to contact me for further discussion.
