Hi Gurus, currently staying in a 4RM HDB bought direct from HDB with parents. Married now and wish to apply BTO flat with wife since i can still buy direct from HDB. Question is, can i apply a 3RM instead? As parents wish to stay on their own and apply HDB SA instead when we sell off our flat. I heard for second purchase direct from HDB, we have to upgrade? Meaning i can only buy a 5RM BTO intead? Kindly advice. Thanks!
