Hi Gurus,
Currently a hdb 2nd timer.

1st hdb flat - annulment and transfer to ex
2nd dbss flat - now married
Both flats taken hdb grants and 30 years hdb loan as well.

My question;
Can i buy another bto flat with my current spouse? Dbss flat is spouse 1st timer with hdb.

Based on my record it will be considered as 3rd timer because of me and would not be able to enjoy grants etc.

We are planning to apply for bto flat in the coming launch as it is near my parents.

Please advise what do i need to know or can i still buy a new flat? What kind of money do i need to payout? Considering only new hdb flat due to finances.
