You have to form a family nucleus in order to purchase a HDB. This wont be sufficient with your son.

You will have to purchase it with your hubby which need to be a minimum SPR.

Hi,

1) If you are under divorced/widowed, your son is under your legal custody. You are allowed to purchase HDB/resale with your son.

2) If you are under divorced, you have to receive final court order in order for you to be eligible to sign a OTP.

3) If you still own a private property or HDB flat, you have to dispose them off within 6 mths upon key collection of your newly purchase HDB resale flat.
