Hi gurus,
Before I go ahead with the booking of new EC unit?I understand that I have to pay 5% in cash first and then the 15% later all by my CPF.When I will I start to pay my monthly installment?is it when it's TOP?

U can choose either the deferred payment or the normal payment scheme. The differed payment scheme price will be around 2-3 % pricier than the normal progressive scheme.

Under the deferred payment scheme, u will pay the monthly instalments when the ec top.

Under the Norma progressive payment scheme, you will start the instalments when the foundation is completed but the starting instalments will be smaller amount.

Yes, you will start to pay the full installment of the loan the moment the EC unit gets TOP.
