currently, property market in s'pore is still rather bullish. Finding under-valued or bargain prices would definately be extremely rare. But take heart, there are still fairly-priced units available for sale. Whether is it worth paying for these units or not will actually depend more on whether u intend to buy for own stay or for investment.

To be honest, no one is able to predict what will happen 5 years down the road. Anything can happen. The key issue is to manage your risks. I would highly encourage you to meet up with a professional banker to assess your financial position and explore all options before committing to a decision.
